A former Major League Baseball Players Association Certified Agent, Will spent over a decade representing players, gaining deep insight into contract negotiations, player advocacy, and financial planning. Before joining AWM, he worked in business management and financial services for professional athletes and coaches, further enhancing his expertise in wealth management and career transitions.
Will earned his law degree from the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center and is a licensed attorney in Louisiana. Before law school, he played collegiate baseball at Northwestern State University, earning both a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.S. in Sports Administration. His diverse background as an athlete, agent, and financial professional allows him to provide a well-rounded approach to client service.
Beyond his practice, Will is committed to education and mentorship. He has been a guest lecturer at Rice University and LSU and has taught the Sports Law Class at LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center since 2021.
Will is deeply committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others. Whether through his work with Giving Back Baseball, a non-profit that donates equipment to underprivileged youth, or coaching youth sports teams, he values the opportunity to give back to his community and support the next generation.

A native Texan, Will lives in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with his wife, Annah, and their two children, Cecilia and Bryson. He enjoys traveling, cheering on the LSU Tigers with his family on Saturdays, and spending time with his children at their activities and events.
